Tori is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents and adults, offering a grounded, compassionate, and person-centered approach to therapy. She earned her Master’s degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from CUNY John Jay in 2017 and has since dedicated her career to supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
Tori has experience working with clients navigating trauma histories, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring disorders. She strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Her counseling style is personalized to each individual, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities. Tori has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She also offers Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for clients seeking a structured, trauma-focused treatment approach. At the core of her work is the belief that healing happens when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Outside of her clinical work, Tori enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves reading and maintaining an active lifestyle, which helps her stay balanced and energized both personally and professionally. |
